Q. What is Fluent Football?
A. Fluent Football is an online English learning platform delivering English lessons to football professionals and fans of all levels.
Q. Who is it for?
A. It is for anyone who is involved in or has a passion for football. This includes professional footballers, coaches, scouts, agents, clubs and fans. No matter who you are, as long as you are interested in football, our classes are perfect for you.
Q. Who are the teachers?
A. All Fluent Football teachers are vastly experienced, TEFL (English as a Foreign Language) qualified native speakers. All are football fans and, as well as having a background in education, many have also worked in the football industry, meaning they have a real understanding of how the game works.
Q. What will I learn exactly?
A. Our lessons are conversation focused and are based on a wide variety of topics, including Tactics, Media, Fans, Positions, Off Field, Football History, Scouting and Everyday English. However the most important point is the student is in control. Our teachers will listen to the student and their individual objectives and deliver a specific programme with these needs in mind.
Q. Will I learn grammar too?
A. Yes. The focus is on conversation - improving students' vocabulary, expressions, pronunciation and general confidence speaking English. However, throughout the lessons there will always be plenty of grammatical points and corrections made, ensuring students continue to improve at all times.
Q. How do classes work?
A. Classes last 60 minutes and take place online. Most students prefer to use Skype, but our teachers are also happy to use Zoom, Facetime, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams or any other platform.
Q. What materials are used?
A. Teachers will provide all resources required. Students do not need to purchase any materials
Q. What is the price?
A. The prices are displayed in the Prices section of this website. Single classes start from £30 and discounted packages of 5, 10, 20 and 50 classes can also be bought so students can save money by buying a package.
Q. How do I reserve and pay?
A. Reservation is made using the Book Classes section of website and can be done using PayPal, ensuring complete confidence and peace of mind for the student.
